Hefner Village Townhomes
Let’s be respectful of our neighbors and neighborhood!
Architectural/Landscaping and any exterior updates to your property must be submitted in writing to the board for approval before you proceed with your plans. Not following process could result in violation and fines. The board is excited to review your ideas and is involved to ensure our community stays beautiful and compliant. Regular trash pickup is currently scheduled for every Monday. Please make sure your receptacle is out of sight once pickup has been completed. No trash cans are allowed in view from the street. Please respect the rules as this is what keeps our neighborhood looking nice.
Big trash pickup is usually the first Wednesday of the month. Big trash should not be put out any earlier than Sunday before the pickup date, waiting until the Tuesday before is preferred. The city has three days to pick up bulk trash.
Parking for guests is designated on each street in our neighborhood. Please make sure your guests are aware of where to park. Street parking is not permitted due to fire lane restrictions! Towing is an option we have in order to enforce this rule. Again, please respect the rules as this is what keeps our neighborhood looking uncluttered.
Dogs must be walked on leash and their waste removed by the individual walking their dog. Please make sure to carry waste bags with you and pick up after your animals to keep our neighborhood clean and your neighbors happy. We've added dog waste stations by the north tennis court and by the pond. Please use them!
Community Pool hours are 8 AM to 10 PM for both the adult and family pool. They are normally open mid-May and closing just after Labor Day. Pool will be open mid May through mid September depending on the weather. There is no lifeguard on duty so children under 14 must have adult supervision. NO GLASS of any kind, no dogs or smoking are allowed in either pool area. Proper swimwear attire is a must! Please be sensitive with your language in the family pool area as children are always watching and listening.
